Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn clothing into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
